About > Charles G. Watson Charles G. WatsonCharles G. Watson began composing music as a teen-ager, performing with various rock and punk bands. He later developed his interest in electronic music, using analogue synthesizers and MIDI sequencers. By the early 1990's he was working with DOVentertainment promoting and working with such renowned artists such as Zoviet France, Virex, and others. At this time, Charles was also a member of "Nubile G. and the Spurious Whiz" whose track "Your Jolly Giant"was featured on the CD Death Of Vinyl, and achieved international success. Since then, Charles has been recording under the name Organism, and has worked with the Matthew Crooker, Unhappiness Club, Roquentin's Dream, and performed live with Ichor (later known as I Totem), a percussion group originally from Montréal. After having worked in the music business for several years, Charles entered the new media business in 1997, after having completed a course in Multimedia Production at Digital Media Studios in Toronto. Charles has built websites for a diverse group of clients, each with very unique and specific requirements. Projects have ranged from entertainment and online storytelling sites, to websites for banks and insurance companies, that provide on-line services to clients. With an eye on changing technology, Charles has composed and produced music for short films, and online rich-media projects, and continues to write music with a humourous bent, for various recording projects. |
